VERY hard to articulate it but this is life changing. The taste is like the finest of wines, but... oil. And you feel it. Its earthy and mellow and totally immersive. Highly recommend the splurge.

The oil tastes a bit too green for me. I understand that with high polyphonic content it would have a bitter taste, but this is a little smoother than I expected. Great packaging, though and the taste is fine.
