Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of new, unopened bottles within 7 days of receipt.

The safety seal on the bottle must be intact to be eligible for return, bottle must be in the box, and the box must be in as-new condition without creases or damages.

To return your item, email info@kyoord.com to receive a return authorization and return address.

Round trip shipping charges are not refundable, and will be billed upon return. If your order shipped for free, and you are returning it - the actual value of both the outgoing shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less round trip shipping charges, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
