Shipping policy
Kyoord is currently shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada. For all other international orders please contact us at info@kyoord.com
Free shipping for orders of $98 and up is currently offered via USPS Ground advantage or UPS Economy Ground in the continental United States only and takes 2-7 days
Shipping to other states, Canada, International shipping, or expedited shipping options will be calculated at check out (see more details below)
Expedited shipping is available : choose either Priority Mail, 2nd day or next day - rate will be calculated at check out. Ship times are given by the carriers, but we do not guarantee ship times, nor we have any control over carrier delays once the package was handed to a carrier.
Orders received by 10am EST on M-F are shipped on the same day.
Orders received after 10am EST, or over the weekend, are shipped on the next business day (M-F)
During the peak holiday season (November and December) orders might take an extra 1-4 days to process due to sheer order volume.
If you need your oil overnight, please email us and we'll try to make it happen!
Shipping to Canada
While the US does not require sales tax on food, Canada does. Hence Canada orders Include GST/ HST. Shipping options to Canada are limited to Fedex International Connect Plus. The shipping price DOES NOT include surcharges for addresses that are deemed remote by Fedex. If you address is deemed a remote area and as surcharge applies, we will contact you prior to shipping and offer you the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order for a full refund.
Shipping to other countries
In cases when we can offer international shipping to other countries other than Canada, the price shown does not include duties or import tax and these will be billed directly to the receiver by the carrier. The shipping quote shown does not include duties or import taxes.
Important Note:
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, kyoord is no longer responsible for it, and it is the customer's responsibility to locate it. Carriers will deny claims of missing packages if they are marked as received.
If your package arrives damaged - please keep it as the carrier might need it to approve a claim, and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You will be asked for images, including one showing the shipping label.
