This product is amazing. The taste and form are extremely different from other oils at the local market. There is no comparison
I use this to make salad dressing. I literally lift my bowl and drink in anything that is leftover. Once when my mom was visiting I made a dressing with it that she loved. I ran out and made another dressing the next night and she complained that it didn’t taste right. I bought 6 so I never have to run out again and I can gift one to my mom when she comes to visit.
I've tried all 3 of the kyoord olive oils, and I must admit, the Early Harvest is the best. The taste is fruitful and the way it feels to my throat when I swallow the oil is smooth as silk. I will rotate all 3 from time to time.
We visited Corfu in September 2024 and took a tour of The Governor Olive Mill. It was amazing to hear how things work and that it is family owned. We learned so much about olive oil and when we tasted it we fell in love with it!
