Prolonged exposure to heat, air and light can tarnish the quality of your oil. Keep olive oils in a dark and cool place to maintain their integrity. The olive oils will stay fresh for 2 years from the harvest date. Use within 2 months of opening.

The difference is very noticeable compared with the supermarket bought extra virgin olive oils. Have used as a daily routine. Morning before breakfast a tablespoon of Kyoord extra virgin olive oil with a tablespoon of raw honey and the juice of a half of fresh lemon squeezed. Six to eight ounces of hot water. Stirred well. In the evening a tablespoon of Kyoord before bed. My wife is now following my daily routine with Kyoord extra virgin olive oil.
