We want to you to be completely satisfied and are very sorry for any lapse in reception of your subscription order or inquiry with Customer Service.
We see that you wrote to us on a Friday afternoon via email. Our normal business hours are M-F 9-5Pm, and any reply via text, email or by phone can take 1 to 2 business days, but we see that we were able to respond over the weekend on Sunday to help you monitor the shipment of your order.
Also, although we cannot guarantee ship times, normal economy shipping to Colorado can take 3-7 business days (we ship from Connecticut) and it looks like your package made it to you on the 8th business day, Monday, April 6th. USPS did have a one business day delay for the delivery of your shipment and this is not usual. We know this can be frustrating when expecting your next shipment right away and when no longer having your liquid gold high phenolic olive oil before receiving your next shipment.
To ensure that there is no lapse between your shipments in the future, we can suggest choosing expedited shipping options (UPS Ground or USPS Priority are always great options) or by setting up your subscription to renew every 3 weeks as opposed to monthly, if you find that you need your shipments more frequently.
