Free of wheat flour, sugar, and butter, this healthy chocolate olive oil cake is a simple yet delicious option that still delivers rich, velvety chocolate flavor.
Ingredients

1/2 cup of kyoord high-phenolic olive oil

3 eggs

3/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 2 cups full fat whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions
Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Mix dry ingredients separately and add to the wet ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a 6” round springform pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
- Once cooled, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla and maple syrup, then spread on top.
- Add fresh cherries, raspberries, or strawberries and enjoy!
