Day-old bread
-
2 tbsp of kyoord High-phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Jennifer Fisher Kitchen Universal salt
Directions
preheat oven to 400 Degrees
toss the bread cubes with 2 tbsp of olive oil and the salt mixture
make sure the oil and salt are evenly distributed
optional: add any dried spice or herb
spread on a lined sheetpan and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown
let the croutons cool and serve
