The oil itself has been challenging for this American palate to get used to. It is VERY strongly flavored, even just the everyday use version, and not in a pleasant way. Im chronically ill tho, so I'm working on getting used to it - adding 1/2 and 1/2 along with avacado or other mildly flavored oil, and adding lemon juice to cut the bitter if the recipe is amenable. Customer service, however, is exemplary! A bottle came with the spout cracked and oil leaking into the wooden lid. It didnt lose very much oil, but made it hard to use and hard to keep the spout clean (drips all over if you're not careful). I contacted kyoord, they immediately asked for a pic which I sent, and a new bottle was shipped THAT DAY. No muss no fuss they just handled it. Nice work, definitely recommend.

Darn, I wanted to have my new oil right away but the bottle was shattered and the box was as a giant mess.
