1/4 cup of kyoord high-phenolic olive oil

3 cloves of fresh garlic

2 tablespoons of chili crisp

1 handful of fresh parsley

zest and juice of ½ of a lemon

salt and pepper (to taste)

1 handful of fresh chive blossoms
Marinade
Directions
Mix together marinade ingredients and allow to sit for 10 minutes
Place shrimp on a sheet pan and drizzle with marinade
Allow to sit for 15 minutes
Place in pre-heated oven at 425F for 15 minutes
Top with extra parsley and chive blossoms.
