Kale Caesar salad with grilled heart of palms
2 bunches of Kale, Curly or Lucinato
2 tbsp kyoord High-phenolic Olive Oil
1 tsp Jennifer Fisher salt

1 can of heart of palms, drained
Stem the kale and hand tear or chop the leaves. place in a serving bowl.
Add the olive oil and the salt and massage thoroughly for 1-2 minutes. set aside.
lightly coat the dried palm hearts with the remaining tsp of olive oil
grill on a hot grill or grill pan, about 1-2 minutes per side.
toss the kale with the dressing and the croutons
arrange the grilled heart of palms on top
